Chemo at 11 – Please Pray!

Donnie begins his second chemo treatment at 11:00am today (Wednesday).  He had a REALLY bad reaction to the first round, and we’re all hoping & praying that today’s treatment will be much, MUCH easier for him.

To that end, the family has asked me to post this request for focused prayer at 11:00.  But even if you miss it, pray anyway.  I firmly believe that our prayers can have an influence in the past as well as the future.  God transcends time, He hears our prayers, and He is able to affect any point in time.

Please pray for our brother today.

Thanks!

I know that you, Donnie and Tina, can’t possibly receive everyone who would like to come and there are many of us can’t be there, but can I paraphrase a country song?

We’re already there
Take a look around
We’re the sunshine in your hair
We’re the shadow on the ground
We’re the whisper in the wind
And you know you are in all our prayers
Oh we’re already there

All standing with you (and on our knees for you!)  Love, love, love you!

Well, I was praying for no side effects from the chemo, and my prayer was answered!  No side effects!  OK, no chemo either, but I wasn’t THAT specific with God.  I just asked for no side effects, and that’s what I got 🙂

See?  God answers prayer!! 🙂

Pryaed, praying and will pray!!! Cant stop thinking of Donnie. Cant stop thinking of how scary it must be for you Tina (after how the last treatment went). Hoping and praying this a completely opposite situation.

Love you both, xoxox

Donnie, you are constantly on our minds everyday, but especially today.  We hope and pray that this time around is much easier for you.      HUGS!
