Plan for tomorrow morning: Friday, December 26

Tomorrow, Dec 26, I take Donnie back to the oncology clinic at Florida Hospital South to receive his Neupogen injection.  This was a very difficult thing for him to do on Wednesday this week, so pray it will not be as difficult this time.  He has been in the bed all day today, except for eating a little breakfast, and a little dinner.  His face looks flushed, so I am worried he is dehydrated.  He isn’t drinking much, because it makes him feel full and feel bad.  He has chills, but he is not running a fever.  They will draw labs on him at the clinic tomorrow, and we will go from there.

He is really exhausted, and talking minimally.  It’s pretty hard to see him this way.  Please pray for him.

Donnie and Tina, please know that we continue to lift you up in prayer. Trusting  our Savior to give Donnie strength to endure his treatments, and to give peace and grace to both of you and your extended family. Thank you for keeping us updated.  If you need anything, please let us know. With hugs and prayers, Ed and Cheryl Pavuk

this is going to be a great day for you. get pumped up. you got nations praying for you..you try different missionaries from El Salvador Guatemala israel. naturally all nice and States. Holy Spirit reign over them. use your power over donnie staff and meds. Comfort Tina and give her strength. love you both!

There’s something about being human that makes us want to find new words to pray that will be the “right” words to make God truly understand what we feel and what we want for both of you.  But through the Holy Spirit, God understands the groaning in our souls. So I know He understands the feelings I can’t express in words.  I just wish the two of you could also hear my heart.

Hi Donnie and Tina,

Merry Christmas to you both. Hope your day is better tomorrow, and better the next. Please know that I think of you constantly. And say a little prayer every time I think of you. I read this blog at least once a day, and we are so thankful for the updates. Our family is,and has always been, blessed with the gift of laughter and love for each other. And when one of us hurts, we all hurt. Although I know its not to the same degree. Keep up the good fight Dose, we love you man. See ya soon.

Love and prayers, Bubba and Tracey

So sorry you have been feeling so poorly Donnie. Hang in there Tina. I know how hard this must be for you. There is only so much you can do but I know Donnie just loves you being there. Know we are all thinking of you.

Lord, we acknowledge that you are King of Kings and Lord of Lords. We know that you are still in the business of healing your people and that you are not only willing, but you are able to heal cancer and destroy every pain for those undergoing chemo this day. Amen

Hey Al,
He will get his chemo outpatient for a day, then come home for the rest of it on a pump. His infusion runs straight for 48 hours. Its pretty wicked. After the response he had to the chemo while he was inpatient, I can’t imagine him NOT being hospitalized for the side effects. It was really awful for his first round. So … prayerfully claiming that he will have a better time of it this next round.

Dose we will be praying for you brother. We are so sorry you don’r feel well. We pray in the name of Jesus for your symptoms to disappeare. Tina, hang in there girl. Thank you for being there for Dose. We know it is tough for you. We pray God’s strength upon you, We love you both dearly.
